| Notice is hereby given that the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has ordered the commencement of a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process forM/s Unimark Remedies Limited on April3, 2018.
The creditors of M/s Unimark Remedies Limited are hereby called upon to submit a proof of their claims on or before April 20, 2018 to the Interim Resolution Professional at the address mentioned against item 10. The financial creditors shall submit their proof of claims by electronic means only. All other creditors may submit the proof of claims in person, by post or electronic means. The submission of proof of claims is to be made in accordance with Chapter IV of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
